Fresh reports linking the Oluyole Warriors with a potential coaching change have been described as wide off the mark, with indications that current manager Nurudeen Aweroro remains firmly in the club’s plans ahead of the new campaign.
Aweroro guided Shooting Stars to a historic continental qualification, ending the club’s 27-year wait for a return to African club competition. Sources informed Sporting Theory that suggestions of the club sounding out potential replacements are “well over the board,” insisting there are no ongoing discussions regarding the appointment of a new coach.
